He is an extremely handsome chap and deserves to be LaPerm Cat of the Year.

Nitika is a sweet gentle girl who has been a frequent visitor to shows throughout the UK. She loves being in the office and has been known to not only send emails but also to add her comments to on-line chats! With 11 merits to her name as well as several trophies she is a worthy winner of the title.

Why Buzz should be crowned Cat of The Year - The Cat of The Year should be above the norm. Buzz is above the norm of most cats. Looks like butter wouldn't melt in his mouth, but it does when he steals it from the fridge (or from on your toast).

One of the first fifteen merit holders Feather seizes life with both paws, chews it up and spits it out! Loves her human pets and always wants to be where the action is. Not the shy retiring type her coat fits her personality – large and exuberant and when curious her long whiskers will meet!

Maggie sadly lost her birth mother soon after she was born so along with her litters mates she was raised by myself (Eddie Sipos) and some very helpful Poodles. They did the bottom end and I got all the fun bottle feeding and burps, yes she could burp and was it loud She is now a very confused pussycat not sure if she is a Poodle, a human or a cat. Always ready to entertain to get attention she is happy to play with anyone who will oblige.

Ayashe should be cat of the year because she is wonderful cuddly affectionate so sweet and most of all the most precious thing in my life. she has a wonderful temperament and loves kisses and cuddles. she has the most wonderful personality and loves everyone.

Lulu is a beautiful girl who knows her own mind and has graced the show bench many times being one of the first 15 to gain her four merits. She has made her mark on the future as well by raising beautiful kittens; she is mother of Hamish and Nitika also in the competition.

The quietest cutest LaPerm I have ever breed the complete opposite of Maggie and lollipop. Still have the energy but hers is for food, although a slow weaner she is always there now waiting on a tasty morsel. Her favourite spot is in a bag of Royal Canin kitten food.

Jack has done well at shows and fathered some beautiful kittens, but doesn't let it go to his head and at home he is just a big cuddly boy. He is an import from Germany and brings some fresh blood lines to the UK. He is gentle and loving towards his own babies and helps to wash them and snuggles up with them. Although he looks masculine he is a real softie and has won many admirers with his sparkly blue eyes.

A very independent girl yet very affectionate. Well travelled as she flew in from Colorado back in 2004 pregnant and moved in as if she always lived with us. She has from day one slept in bed with me, she is behind some very nice LaPerms in the UK. Also Kimimi-La was one of the models used for the UK LaPerm Cat Clubs logo.

Piti is the most adorable cat. She is of such great temperament, gained her four merits for us and has given me two great litters. She is a natural mother and her kittens have her wonderful nature. A good ambassador for the Shorthair LaPerm.

Izzy is a beautiful girl who is adored by her human owner and Cindy a 4 year old Shitzu who is her constant companion. Izzy was one of the first 15 full merit winners and has not only produced beautiful babies and became a Grandmother last year, ensuring that her contribution continues.

Dear sweet Harriet has a heart of gold and a is always ready for a cuddle. She has a naturally inquisitive nature and is usually the first to investigate anything new. She too made her debut on Exhibition at the National Cat show, where she was a definite show stopper with her laid back temperament.
